This is a simplified guide. The full policy below governs all cases.
1. Digital Products & Subscription Access
Once a digital product (including but not limited to license keys, software access, subscription credentials, or account activation) has been delivered or activated, all sales are final and non-refundable.
This includes cases where:
- The license key or credentials have been provided via email, SMS, or your account dashboard
- Subscription access has been activated on your account
- The product has been viewed, downloaded, or accessed in any form
We cannot issue refunds for digital products on the basis of change of mind, inability to use the product, or compatibility issues not disclosed prior to purchase.
2. Physical Products — Dispatched Orders
Once a physical order has been handed over to our delivery merchant, it is considered in transit and:
- The order cannot be cancelled
- A refund will not be issued
- We are unable to recall the package from the delivery merchant once it has been collected
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing an order.
3. Physical Products — Delivered Orders
Once a physical product has been successfully delivered to your address and any associated digital access (e.g., software, key, or activation code included with the product) has been granted, the order is considered fully complete.
- No return or exchange is accepted after delivery and access have been confirmed
- We do not accept returns for physical products on the basis of change of mind
4. Possible Exception — Undelivered & Unactivated Orders
The only scenario in which a refund consideration may be reviewed is when all of the following conditions apply simultaneously:
- Payment was confirmed on our platform
- The digital access was not granted to your account, AND
- The physical product was not dispatched to the delivery merchant
Even in this case, please understand:
- A refund is not guaranteed — it is subject to review
- The process requires verification from our payment provider, which involves multiple parties and can take significant time
- You will be required to provide supporting documentation and evidence
- The final decision rests solely with Dopamine Drops BD after a full investigation
- Due to the involvement of third-party payment processors, the overall probability of a successful refund in most cases is low
This exception exists only to account for genuine system failures. We take every complaint seriously and will review cases with fairness.
5. How to Submit a Refund Request
If you believe your case qualifies under Section 4, you must contact us within 24 hours of the payment being processed. Requests submitted after this window may not be considered.
To submit a request:
- Contact us via WhatsApp using the WhatsApp button on our website
- Provide your Order ID or Transaction Reference
- Provide a clear description of the issue
- Attach any supporting screenshots or documents (payment confirmation, error messages, etc.)
Our team will acknowledge your request and begin the verification process. Please allow time for this, as third-party payment verification can take several business days.
6. Items Not Eligible for Refund
To be explicit, the following are not eligible for refund or return under any circumstances:
- Any digital product that has been delivered or activated
- Any subscription where the period has begun
- Physical orders that have been dispatched
- Physical orders that have been delivered
- Orders where account sharing or misuse was detected
- Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong number, wrong address, etc.)
7. Account-Related Refund Forfeiture
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to account sharing — you will not be entitled to any refund for any remaining subscription period, credits, or unused products.
