We partner with trusted delivery merchants to bring your order to your doorstep across Bangladesh. Please read our delivery terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Our Delivery Partners
We work with established third-party delivery merchants to handle all physical deliveries. Once your order is prepared and handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a notification. Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate when placing your order, as we are unable to update these once the order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Charges
Charges are calculated based on product weight and delivery destination.

Delivery Timeline
4. How to Know Your Delivery Charge
- Under 1 kg: Automatically applied at checkout (৳ 70 inside Dhaka / ৳ 120 outside Dhaka)
- 1 kg to 2 kg: Automatically applied at checkout (৳ 100 inside Dhaka / ৳ 150 outside Dhaka)
- Over 2 kg:Contact us on WhatsApp before or after ordering — our admin team will confirm the exact charge
5. Important Delivery Notes
- Once your order has been handed over to the delivery merchant, it cannot be cancelled or recalled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery merchant after handover.
- If you are unavailable to receive your order, the delivery merchant may attempt re-delivery or contact you directly. Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned.
- Returned orders due to failed delivery may incur additional re-delivery charges.
- We do not currently offer express or same-day delivery. Timeframes listed are standard estimates.

Delivery charges for extra heavy items are calculated based on actual weight and destination. Contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm the fee before you place your order.
