By accessing or using Dopamine Drops BD, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of our website, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent/guardian
• Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions
• Agree to our Privacy Policy and all other applicable policies

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered accounts, and customers.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Account Sharing — Strictly Prohibited

Each account is registered for the sole use of one individual. Sharing your login credentials, access tokens, or account access with any other person — whether for personal, commercial, or any other reason — is a direct violation of these Terms.

Consequences of account sharing:

• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion, without prior notice
• Forfeiture of all remaining subscription time, credits, or purchased access — no refund will be issued
• Potential permanent ban from creating future accounts on our platform

We reserve the right to monitor account activity and investigate suspected sharing. If unusual access patterns are detected (e.g., simultaneous logins from different devices or locations), we may take action without prior warning.

4. Subscriptions & Digital Access

• Upon successful payment, your subscription or digital product access will be activated.
• Access is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once access has been provided.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription features or pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Digital Products & License Keys

• License keys and digital access credentials are delivered electronically once payment is confirmed.
• Each license is issued for a single user/device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer your license key or access to any third party.
• We are not responsible for loss of access due to key misuse, sharing, or failure to store credentials safely.

6. Physical Product Orders

For orders that include physical products delivered via our delivery partners:

• Once your order has been handed over to our delivery merchant, the order is considered in transit and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Once a physical product has been delivered and access has been granted (e.g., software included with hardware), the order is considered complete and is not eligible for return or refund.
• Our delivery partners are third-party services. We are not liable for delays caused by the delivery merchant once the handover has been completed.

7. No Refund Policy

A refund will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• A digital product (license key, software, subscription access) has been delivered or activated
• A physical product has been dispatched to or delivered by our delivery merchant
• A service has been rendered or access has been granted in any form

The only circumstances where a refund consideration may be possible:

In exceptional cases where:

1. Access was not granted despite confirmed payment, and
2. The product was not dispatched to the delivery merchant

...a request may be submitted for review. Please note:

• This process is not guaranteed to result in a refund
• It involves verification with our payment provider, which can be a time-consuming process
• Supporting evidence will be required from the customer
• Final decision rests entirely with Dopamine Drops BD after investigation

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before placing an order if they have any concerns about the product or service.

8. Payments

• All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider.
• We do not store your card or banking credentials.
• Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise.
• You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when your order is placed.
• In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated by the customer without prior contact with us, we reserve the right to suspend the account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Use our platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our system
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts on our platform without permission
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our software or services
• Use our platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including but not limited to logos, product descriptions, images, software, and design — is the property of Dopamine Drops BD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any of these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent or abusive behaviour
• Account sharing is detected
• You engage in any prohibited conduct outlined in Section 9

Upon termination, your access to all purchased content or subscriptions will cease immediately. No refund will be issued.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
